Ellafroze is engaged in the production of fish-based frozen food with basic ingredients of Surimi and Fish Meat. For our product raw materials, most of them are supplied by our fishing fleet operating in Indonesian waters. Our production facilities have been certified by relevant institutions and are also supported by automation machinery to achieve consistent and quality end product results.
